When renting a Pepin Property you will there is a monthly cleaning service included with the property price. Additional cleanings can be arranged for an additional cost.
Lawn/Snow Removal Services
As part of your rent, a lawn mowing service will be provided every two weeks in season.
During the winter, snow removal services are provided.
Utilities
When renting from us, you don’t have to worry about setting up or canceling your utilities. They are provided for you including, water, sewer, trash removal, electric, gas, and internet.
Electronic Access
All properties are equip with Schlage Lock electronic locks for convenience and security. Your code will be uniquely generated for you and all codes are promptly changed between tenants. If needed, batteries will be changed as part of the monthly cleaning services.
